Ava McIver
Ava McIver graduated from St. Francis College with a BS in Administration and is a Certified Paralegal. She has been employed at Warren & Warren, P.C. since 1998 working full time while also attending school. Ms. McIver has had a variety of responsibilities while at Warren & Warren, P.C. and is familiar with the many facets of the firm's practice. Presently, she is the lead paralegal supporting the firm's litigation practice and trial counsel in our most complex litigation. Ms. McIver is presently attending Long Island University pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Administration. |

Lavern Whyte
Lavern Whyte is the firm's adoption paralegal. She is a graduate of Hunter College with a BA in Sociology and Women's Studies. Ms. Whyte also has a teaching certificate from Teachers College in Kingston, Jamaica. Prior to coming to Warren & Warren, P.C., she worked in the not-for-profit arena providing community based services to families. For almost thirteen years, Ms. Whyte acted as a paralegal for a New York City Marshall. Ms. Whyte brings a broad base of experience and knowledge to the firm. Ms. Whyte is experienced with all types of adoption matters and has familiarity with the personnel, filing procedures, and requirements of each of the adoption courts in New York City and surrounding counties. |
